Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of fruquintinib in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC). Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose and/or Recommended Phase 2 Dose at 3 weeks and Progression-free Survival Rate at 16 weeks. Planned start Jul 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
