Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of vevoctadekin in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of subjects who complete a minimum of 2 doses within 4 consecutive weeks of DR-18 at 4 weeks and Occurrence of dose-limiting toxicities at 6 weeks.
