Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of FB1001 in Acute Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma (APACG) and non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) (8 cohorts), sponsored by Shanghai General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 28 days and Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 24 weeks. Planned start Aug 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
