Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of lamivudine in Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's disease (AD). Primary endpoints: Levels of neurocognitive impairment biomarkers in plasma at 24 weeks and Incidence, nature, and severity of Treatment Emergent Adverse Events at 48 weeks.
