Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of eliglustat in Gaucher disease type 1 (GD1) and Gaucher disease type 3, sponsored by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Primary endpoints: Changes in hemoglobin level at Week 52, Changes in platelet count at Week 52 and 7 more. Planned start Aug 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
