Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of axatilimab in Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN), myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPN), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and 1 more (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose limiting toxicities at 42 days and Overall response rate at 5 years. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
