Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of fluorouracil in prurigo nodularis (PN) (2 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Clearance rate at 12 weeks and Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale at 12 weeks. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
