Phase 1, randomised trial of febuxostat in ulcerative colitis (UC) (2 arms), sponsored by Tanta University. Primary endpoints: Partial Mayo Scoring Index at 3 months and Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire at 3 months. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
