Phase 1, randomised trial of sildenafil in alopecia areata (2 arms), sponsored by Assiut University. Primary endpoints: Efficacy of topical sildenafil-loaded liposomes compared with minoxidil (SALT score and hair regrowth percentage) at 8 weeks and Dermoscopic assessment of hair features at 8 weeks.
