Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of interferon gamma-1b in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Event-free survival at 1 year and Incidence of steroid- and ruxolitinib- refractory GVHD at 12 weeks. Started Sep 2024; status: recruiting.
