Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of nintedanib dry powder inhaler in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) (3 arms), sponsored by MannKind. Primary endpoints: Incidence of inhaled intolerability at Day 15, Incidence of participants with reductions in FEV1 >= 15% at Day 15 and 5 more. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
