Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of methotrexate in polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET) and myelofibrosis (MF) (3 arms), sponsored by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Primary endpoints: Myelofibrosis Overall Response Rate at 24 weeks and Polycythemia Vera and Essential Thrombocythemia Overall Response Rate at 24 weeks. Started Oct 2024; status: recruiting.
