Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in geographic atrophy (GA) comparing Pozelimab + Cemdisiran, Cemdisiran Monotherapy and Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Growth rate (slope) of total GA lesion area from baseline, measured by Fundus Autofluorescence (FAF) at 52 weeks. Started Oct 2024; status: recruiting.
