Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) comparing Arm Zanubrutinib+early Obinutuzumab with Arm Zanubutinib+late Obinutuzumab (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Rate of Complete Remission with undetectable Measurable Residual Disease at 7.5 years. Started Sep 2024; status: recruiting.
