Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in postpartum depression (PPD) comparing Trazodone Arm with Quetiapine Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale Total Score at 8 weeks, Proportion of Participants Achieving Response at 8 weeks and 1 more. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
