Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of semaglutide in alcohol use disorder (AUD), fatty liver disease (FLD) and obesity (2 arms), sponsored by Insel Gruppe. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients achieving total alcohol abstinence measured by negative PEth test at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
