Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Hema-NeoTIL01 in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Primary endpoints: Complete Remission/Complete Remission with Incomplete Hematologic Recovery at 28 days and Minimal Residual Disease-negative Complete Remission at 28 days. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
