Overview
Trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) and impulse control disorder (ICD) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Assessment of parkinsonian motor speech features (hypokinetic dysarthria) outcome after STN-DBS at 12 months and Assessment of acoustic and linguistic speech features as proxy for behavior and cognitive changes in PD at 12 months. Started Sep 2024; status: recruiting.
