Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of 68Ga-ATH001 in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) and Crohn's disease (7 arms), sponsored by Antaros Medical. Primary endpoints: [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-Cys-ATH001 uptake in the whole liver at Day 1 and [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-Cys-ATH001 uptake in the GI tract at Day 1. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
