Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) comparing Povetacicept with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in 24-hour Urine Protein to Creatinine Ratio at 36 weeks and Total Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate Slope at 104 weeks.
