Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of mBTCvax in biliary tract cancer (BTC), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of participants experiencing grade 3 or above drug-related toxicities at 20 months and Maximum percentage change in interferon-producing mutant-specific cluster of differentiation 8 (CD8) and cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4) T cells at 20 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
