Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of Lactobacillus acidophilus + Bifidobacterium infantis + Enterococcus faecium and activated charcoal in uremic pruritus, sponsored by Ain Shams University. Primary endpoint: Indoxyl sulfate at 4 weeks. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
