Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in pulmonary hypertension (PH), heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and obesity comparing HS135 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence and Number of Adverse Events up to 24 weeks, Change from Baseline in Clinical Laboratory Parameters (Hematology) up to 24 weeks and 2 more.
