Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of pirfenidone in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) (2 arms), sponsored by Overseas Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Area under the curve from time zero to the time of the last quantifiable plasma concentration at 1 month and Area under the curve from time zero to infinity at 1 month.
