Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of modafinil in multiple sclerosis (MS), sponsored by Clinical Academic Center. Primary endpoints: Acute changes in brain function and connectivity measured using resting state fMRI at Day 1 and Long-term changes in brain function and connectivity measured using resting state fMRI at Day 84.
