Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of tarcidomgen kimleucel in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by FamiCordTx. Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients with Cytokine Release Syndrome at 1 year, Percentage of patients with neurological side effects at 1 year and 2 more. Started May 2023; status: recruiting.
