HRS-5965 vs Eculizumab in PNH

Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of HRS-5965 in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) (2 arms), sponsored by Chengdu Suncadia Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects with the hemoglobin levels are ≥ 12 g/dL at least on three out of four measurements in the absence of red blood cell transfusions at 24 weeks.
