Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cryptosporidiosis comparing Nitazoxanide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Days of Cryptosporidium-associated diarrhea at 7 days and Time to clearance of Cryptosporidium from stool at 6 months. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
