Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of FH-FOLR1 CAR T cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events at 15 years and Rate of manufacturing anti-FOLR1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells product at 28 days. Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
