Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of KN5501 in antisynthetase syndrome (ASSD) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA), sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 52 weeks and Incidence of Treatment Emergent Adverse Events at 52 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
