Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in loiasis comparing Albendazole 21 days with Placebo 21 days (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Tolerance of Albendazole 400mg/day at 3 months, Efficacy of Albendazole 400mg/day (Kinetics of L. loa microfilarial densities) at 180 days and 1 more. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
