Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of TP53 R248Q-specific T-cell receptor-engineered T cells in solid tumor, sponsored by Shanghai General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Short term Safety of TP53-R248Q TCR-T cell injection at 28 days and Long term Safety of TP53-R248Q TCR-T cell injection at 24 months.
