Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of XmAb942 in ulcerative colitis (UC) (6 arms), sponsored by Xencor. Primary endpoints: Incidence, nature, and severity of treatment emergent adverse events and serious adverse events at 28 weeks and Clinical remission based on modified mayo score (MMS) at 12 weeks.
