Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of ketamine in alcohol use disorder (AUD) and treatment-resistant depression (TRD), sponsored by Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal. Primary endpoint: Study completion and adherence to ketamine infusions and ACT psychotherapy sessions at 12 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
