Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of dexamethasone, tocilizumab and anakinra in sepsis (5 arms), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Between-group differences in plasma TNF concentrations upon the second LPS challenge at Day 7 and Within and between-group differences in CSF TNF concentrations during repeated experimental human endotoxemia at 8 days.
