Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and opioid use disorder (OUD) comparing MLS101 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence, severity and seriousness of treatment-emergent adverse events and Clinically significant changes in physical examination, vital signs, ECGs, clinical laboratory tests, C-SSRS.
