Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of propofol injection (veterinary) in Insomnia, sleep deprivation and REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD). Primary endpoints: Reduction in Homeostatic Sleep Pressure, Change in Sleep Onset Latency at 30 days and 2 more. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
