Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in prostate cancer (PCa) comparing Leuprolide + AA + Prednisone + RT with Relugolix + AA + Prednisone + RT (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of ambulatory systolic blood pressure > 140 or diastolic > 90 up to 12 months, Need for new or escalated anti-hypertensive medication up to 12 months and 1 more. Started Jan 2025; status: recruiting.
