Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of empagliflozin, sacubitril + valsartan and finerenone in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in myocardial extracellular volume at 52 weeks, 6-Minute Walk Distance at 52 weeks and 3 more. Started Mar 2025; status: recruiting.
