Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of mevrometostat in prostate cancer (PCa), small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and follicular lymphoma (FL) (4 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration at 72 hours and Area Under the Curve From Time Zero to Extrapolated Infinite Time at 72 hours. Planned start Apr 2025; status: withdrawn.
