Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of hetastarch in hypovolemia (2 arms), sponsored by Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoint: Maximum change in serum Cystatin-C based estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) from baseline through initial 3 postoperative hospital days at 3 days.
