Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of sodium glycididazole in radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonitis (RP), sponsored by Cancer Institute and Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of grade 3 and above radiation esophagitis at 8 weeks and Incidence and severity of grade 2 and above radiation pneumonitis at 8 weeks. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
