Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in plaque psoriasis comparing HS-10374 with Placebo -> HS-10374 (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients achieving PASI 75 response at 16 weeks and Proportion of patients achieving sPGA 0/1 with at least 2 points improvement at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
