Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) comparing CH505 TF chTrimer + Adjuvants with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants who met the study-defined primary safety composite endpoint and Number of the viruses with antibody neutralization response for a cross-clade global panel of 9 viruses.
