Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of iruplinalkib in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sponsored by Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital. Primary endpoint: Cerebrospinal fluid levels of Immune cells, inflammatory cytokines, immunoglobulins and cell adhesion molecules at 28 days. Planned start Dec 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
