Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of iPSC-derived natural killer cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Guangzhou Ruixin Biotechnological. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 12 months, MRD negative rate at 12 months and 2 more. Planned start Nov 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
