Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of XT-150 in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Xalud Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Number of participants reporting adverse events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and AEs of Special Interest (AESIs) at 180 days, Number of participants with clinically significant physical examination findings at 180 days and 2 more.
