Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of RGB5088 in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D). Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with adverse events at 1 year and Proportion of subjects with HbA1c ≤ 6.5% and free of severe hypoglycemic events. Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
