Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of bivalent enterovirus vaccine (CA16/EV71), inactivated in HIV-associated central nervous system involvement (HAND) and herpangina (2 arms), sponsored by Sinovac Biotech Ltd. Primary endpoints: Primary vaccine efficacy against HFMD caused by CA16 infection at 1 year and Neutralizing antibody levels against EV71 at 60 days. Started Dec 2024; status: recruiting.
