Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of MT027 CAR-T cells in glioma and Central Nervous System Metastasis (CNSM), sponsored by Suzhou Maximum Bio-tech. Primary endpoints: Adverse Events (AE) and Serious Adverse Events (SAE) at 1 year, Dose Limiting Toxicity at 28 days and 3 more. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
